Sales Force LLC is a niche staffing firm that connects employers in many different industries with sales professionals of all experience levels throughout the Western Washington area. Three primary factors set us aside from the competition. First, we specialize in providing only sales people, and nothing else. Second, we only work with local candidates, so you won't have to worry about relocation issues. Lastly, we are a proactive, relationship-based firm. We maintain an on-going relationship with all of our candidates and employers. We do not "recycle" internet job postings or resumes.
Our Niche
The term "sales professional" may have a different meaning for some people than others. The Sales Force definition of a sales professional is "A person who thoroughly understands, proudly represents, and effectively sells a business, product line, or service." There are many job titles that fit under the sales professional category, such as Account Manager, Account Representative, Account Executive, and Sales Associate. There is also the division between business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) sales. However, all of these positions have one thing in common. They require an individual who communicates well with others and who is driven to earn as much money as they can for themself and their employer. Sales Force connects sales professionals with the employers who need them.
