Our sales professionals come from all over the Western Washington area from a wide variety of backgrounds. Sales Force connects with these individuals through personal referrals, our website, previous and current clients, and online job boards. Unlike some companies who search the internet for resumes with key words when they have an available job listing, we pre-screen and pre-qualify each of our sales professionals. This includes discerning what kind of jobs they are looking for, the locations they are willing to work, their travel preferences, and the compensation they are seeking for their skills. We maintain a constant relationship with each of our candidates to keep track of who is currently seeking employment, changes in their resume or work experience, and to identify new market trends.

 

Our Process


Hiring a sales professional can often times be a time consuming and difficult activity. In order to make things easy for our clients, we have developed a simple four step process. First we obtain information about the job opening including description, pay scale, required experience, and applicable company policies (such as covering tattoos, etc). Next we send you the top 7 or 8 resumes which fit the criteria you are looking for. Each of these candidates have been pre-screened and pre-qualified to make sure their skills and experience best fit your position requirements. You then choose the resumes that you like the best and we will coordinate interviews with the candidates. The typical interview process involves a one-on-one, face-to-face meeting with the sales professional. Exceptions and other provisions can be made as necessary. Lastly, once you decide which sales pro you wish to hire, the appropriate paperwork is filled out and signed, and you are able to bring that person directly into your employ.
