Our Process


Working with a staffing firm can often times be a frustrating and fruitless activity. In order to prevent this type of situation, we have developed a simple, but in-depth process that gives our sales professionals access to the largest number of employment opportunities. First we obtain a digital copy of your resume (must be in .DOC or .PDF format). If you do not have a resume, please visit our resources section, where you may find a link to a trusted resume writing service. Your resume should contain the following information: your contact information including name, phone number, mailing address, and email address; names, dates, and locations of the places you have worked; education; and any formal training/certifications, if applicable. You may also list any achievements or professional affiliations. Next we conduct a phone interview with you to determine factors such as what kind of job you are looking for, your skills and experience, the locations you are willing to work, your travel preferences, and the compensation you are seeking for your skills. The typical interview is approximately 30 minutes. After you have interviewed with us, we can complete your applicant profile and immediately start submitting you to available job prospects. We will contact you about the specifics of any position before we submit your resume. This ensures that you are not submitted to an opening that you are not interested in. Throughout the entire process, you will work with a dedicated recruiter who takes the time to know your skills and experience and maintains contact with you on a monthly basis.
